We want you showing up to the kafeneio looking good. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just not what your fate ordered, we'll make it right.

Here's the deal:

• Got something damaged or defective? Full refund, no questions asked, no reading of the grounds required.
• You have 30 days from purchase to reach out after that, it's written in stone.
• Items need to be unused and in the condition the cup delivered them to you.
• Email us at support@cupoffate.com real people, no oracle required.

We're not some faceless corporation hiding behind a curtain. If something's wrong, tell us. We're all just trying to get through the day with good coffee and better t-shirts.
