How to Not Ruin Your New Favorite Hoodie

• Cold water only — hot water is for overachievers.
• Turn it inside out first — protect that graphic like it owes you money.
• Gentle cycle, mild detergent — fleece likes to be treated kindly.
• Wash with similar colors. A new hoodie can bleed a little on the first wash.
• Tumble dry low or air dry. High heat is how a hoodie ends up a size smaller than your patience.
• Don't iron the design. If you must iron, flip it inside out or use a pressing cloth.
• No bleach, no fabric softener. They're both trying to ruin a good thing.

Take it out of the dryer as soon as it's done so it doesn't wrinkle like it's had a long week.
